Do you think demoralising Imon by Javed Akthar was right

Yesterday Mr. Javed akthar demoralised Imon in such a bad manner saying that he is not at all required for the industry. Do you think it is right on his part to do so that too in a contest. I am strictly against it. Ok if he is not good campared to others but the judge should never say such words openly that too in a TV show. What do you think?
