Weight loss is not a tough thing to achieve.
With the help of foods and exercise weight loss is possible.
Normally if our energy intake in the form of food is less than the energy required by our body naturally effective weight loss is possible.
Eating less to achieve weight loss and then returning to old food habits won't give any results for effective weight loss.
Less calorie foods can be taken to maintain weight loss.
Fat burning exercise or sporting activity have desired results for effective weight loss.
Hunger is not the suitable way to reduce weight. But it will produce negative results.
Eating habit while watching TV should be avoided. Because it may induce to take more food indirectly.
Keeping a food diary and watch it daily is a good habit to reduce or maintain weight. When you keep a food diary you have the chance to know which food you can add or avoid.

its a matter of how you control the food intake you consume everyday, high protein then less fat intake. no need for diet pills, just learn how to control your self
