OK...I am going to be mean here. I think Walmart sucks. BUt since we have no other stores like that in Canada. Kmart was bought out by Zellers....we are stuck with going there...and they so know that!

My husband loves Walmart - everything in one place for a low price. One of the few arguments we've had is about them - while I was pregnant, I talked about sweat shops and he says that if governments of other countries are okay with that - not our fault. As far as how little they get paid - he was like - yes but what's the exchange rate?

It doesn't matter what time I go to ours, there is never enough casheirs. Good grief I can show up with 5 people wanting to check out, and they will have one cashier, and it's the slowest one, LOL.

Wow. I have a Walmart near me but Target is closer. So I stoped going to Walmart about 2 years ago. But when I went , I only went to Walmart in the morning. And it was packed. They would have about 3 or 4 cahiers working if I am remembering correctly. At my Target , they have plenty of cashiers.they even have 10 items or less lanes.Does Walmart have them?

I agree. I worked at Walmart for four years. I was a floor associate. I stocked the stationary, HBA, among other departments. They always got backed up at the registers and I had to stop what I was doing and become a cashier from as short as 5 minutes to as long as 2 hours. Then my work doesn't get done, and the customers aren't getting help on the floor.
I don't work there now, but even if it's 10pm I have problems getting through the lines cause there will be like 1 cashier.
