How do you get your own PTC site - does anybody know?

Hey Everybody!I have been reading different posts and saw where there are folks saying they own a PTC site! How do you go about getting your own PTC site? I think this would be lots of fun! If I had one I would invite all of you to join and make money - I really like that idea! Does anyone know how to get started?Thanks in advance!CH
