So, what is Phyllis going to do now that she's going to jail?

I haven't had much time to watch the Young and the Restless over the last few months, so I've missed a lot. However, I was able to catch one episode this past week and found out that Phyllis is (or maybe will be) going to prison. So, I guess that means Nick will be keeping the baby?
Does anyone know what their relationship is like now? Are they back together? I missed all the key romance scenes. I know that for awhile he didn't even like her after he got his memory back. And, that he was pursuing his ex-wife cause he still felt something for her. But, that he didn't remember his feelings for Phyllis. I guess that has changed.
And, does anyone know what the actress who plays Phyllis will be doing while she is in "jail"? Does she have a job on another soap opera or upcoming show or movie? She's very talented and it would be nice to see her on something else soon. Would love to know what's in her future.

Well, Phyllis was taken from the hospital in handcuffs and taken to the prison. She kept asking for a phone call and they granted her a special call to the hospital. Then she asked for another one and was told no by the warden. She tried to talk about her daughter being sick but he said that she had to earn phone calls the same as everyone else. He left the room and the guard left the room and she called Nick. However, she was cut short when the warden walked in and hung the phone up. I think she is going to be in bigger trouble now.
It will be interesting to see if she is in as much trouble in prison and she causes when she is out.
I think Summer is Jack's baby and that is going to come out with her being sick now.

I had wondered if she was Jack's baby too. Cause back when Jack was going to take the DNA paternity test, he was talking to Phyllis about her feelings for Nick and trying to find out whether she loved him or not. And when she wouldn't give him a direct answer, he said it was over or he didn't care (something like that) and walked out of the clinic. I am not sure if they ever took the DNA paternity test after that. That would make everything so complicated if the baby really was his. I love story lines like that. Thanks for the detailed update, I had no idea, I had missed so much.

I don't think Jack ever took the test and remember Nick did not tell anyone what the results said. He had the paper but never came right out and said it was his. I think sooner or later it will come up that it was Jacks baby. Also I think Jack and Phylis with get back together and Nick and Sharon will get back together. Jack and Sharon got married because they did not like being alone and they were on the rebound. That is my opinion anyways.

I'm sure the judge will be harsh about her not reporting to prison on time even if her baby is sick. My guess is she will spend some time in jail and either they will show her there in some episodes or she will take some time off since she hasn't really done that much this Summer like a lot of the other cast members have. But eventually she will get out on appeal because of some problem with the conviction like possibly Brad's true identity will come to light and his testimony will be discredited or something else will happen. Maybe even Nick, Victor and Jack will get a pardon for her from the Governor.

Its my favorite soap. Phyllis and Nick have been connecting with each other. Its nice to see that, he sees how good a mom she is being to the baby. Phyllis is supposed to report to prison, but the baby is sick and she says she won't leave her when she is sick, so I don't know how they will handle that. I am going out of town for a few weeks, I hope I will be able to keep up with what is going on, if not when I get home I will read what has been happening. I have the link save din my favorites and check in everyday to see what is going on with the show, even when I watch it.
