Young mums

Are you one of those people that give a dirty look if you see a teenager with a child? I have to say that it annoys the hell out of me. i am sixteen, and babysit my cousin often. She is one year old. When i go out with her i get the dirtiest looks, and it makes me feel ashamed even though i don;t have a child. Are you one of those people?

I am not one of those people. Do not be ashamed even if you did have a baby. you dont owe those people an explanation either. Some people are just like that but dont let them get to you. :)

I'm not one of those people and am sorry to hear that it happens to you.
Unfortunately we do live in a judgemental society and because we know there are some unfit teenage mums that all are judged so.
I'm nearly 40 and when my mother was pregnant with me her hands swelled up and she took off her rings (she was in her mid 20's at the time) and she says that she got a lot of glares from people being heavily pregant with a 2yo and no sign of a ring.
People will always find something to judge in others. If their opinion is not important to them just mark them up as being uninformed and judgemental and ignore them.
