I cannot determine and i am confused

I have a friend who used to be one of my closiest friend but now not anymore. we are still friends but we feel so awkward with each other and we are both shy at each other when we meet; not like before we are so open. Shall i say my friends name is Kenny and the situaiton goes like this: One day Kenny invited me to hang out with her together with Ricky ( our other friend) and after a long day of fun, at dinner we ate at a restuarant then we went home. at that night i went online in my messenger and so as she but our other was not there anymore. their we talked funny things, suddenly she asked me of my telephone number ( that was out of topic).i know that she already knew my number because she just called in the morning but why does she asked me of my number again?. and so i gave her my number through messenger and from their she asked me of what song will i want to hear and i answered her "huh?, i do not know with you". then she said "well just try to figure it out". few seconds my sister called me that i have a phone call. i thought she was just kidding but she really mean it. we talked for few seconds then after that she started to play the song from her phone. the song was about love and as far as i can remember the words were " and i love you so and i want you to know that you will always be right here" something like that. after the song was played then she directly say goodbye. and back in the messenger she went out after she wrote goodnight. now the questions is, does that mean she love me too? i am really confused and i cannot say so. why did she mean it that way? why did she not let me hear that song at the resturant or somewhere else with our other? i have seen a lot signs that she loves me but why can't she just tell me? and sometimes she doesn't wanna talk to me, well she talks but with little words coming out from here mouth. i really cannot determine on whats with her. i am confused, can you help me?
