Be a good manager in your fieldwork,anything should do?

Well, at now i do really need any advise and tips which related to be a good manager in fieldwork. I dont like if my employee dislikes me when i give new rules but i also dont like if they being ignorance with their work if there is no any rules to accomodate it. Any experience to share in here?

I'm not a manager but I think that to be a good manager, he/she will work with their subordinates closely. I understand that there are rules to follow so that a team will be disciplined and I will follow them if they are reasonable to me. I will respect my manager if he/she prove his/her worth. My IT lecturer used to tell us that a good IT manager is not those who celebrates with his/her subordinates after a project has rolled out successfully. A good IT manager is those who stayed and work with his/her subordinates when project is in critical stage.

ya, you are right but how is the effectively way to get closer with our employee and keeping them respecting us?

I believe that manager has to be on the ground with their subordinates to build a bond between them. Respect is gained by earning them.

to be ground with subordinate with the good way without loosing our charismatic, how to be that? any real tips?
