As in India first preference will be foreign and military modernisation policy only because we are already in domestic and economic review policies.

1st I would abolish welfare. If they had to fend for themselves they would. People do not need to be fed for having children. If they were not living beyond their means then we wouldn't have a welfare problem. 2nd Free health care. It is something the US needs.

That really is a tuff one , but extemporaneously....I'd Have to say....1) domestic / economic policies. 2 ) Foreign Policies . ( We really look bad right now around the World ) 3 ) Foreign trades and Imports. There aren't enough tarriffs on Foreign imports. Foreign countries are Killing our economy , by undercutting Domestic products / Sales.
