need help about paypal

Hi, friends i need help regarding, is it necessary to add credit card in paypal account please help me regarding this,

If you are not o[pening account with moneybooker, then you need to give credit card no. to get your account verified. In order to verify about you, the paypal charges a small fee, and the same is withdrawn from your card. A code appears in your card account statement which you have to inform paypal. AFter the 1st transaction is made in paypal by you, the amoount charged as fee is transferred back to you - meaning that paypal would not have charged anything for opening account.You should not send any message to paypal through email.

is it necessary, i dont know why my paypal account is on limited access i cant send payments to anyone, and i dont have a credit card also, so please can you help me on this

I have been using paypal for the last one year and transacted more than $800, I never had a problem. I complied with their requirement: 1. Open a paypal premier account not other account 2. Give them your credit card no. for veriication 3. You will not be earning from mylot, but other sites too so that all the money can be credited there. 4. Minimum withdrawal as I was told is $150 for which they charge $5 as fees. If you transfer the paypal amount standing in your name to someother paypal account anywhere in the world, the fees is nil. Free transfer. You can use the payment to pay for other sites payment You can send the money to any individual who has paypal account. All these can happen only when you get your a/c verified.

Well yeah it is necessary to add the credit card in Paypal! Or else, you are not able to withdraw your money in Paypal. you can just receive your payment and somewhat send money from your Paypal account. I am here in Philippines, and Paypal is not available here that's why im using Moneybookers account and i can withdraw my payments from moneybookers directly to my bank account. Hello I think it's not necessary. If you don't want to use paypay you may create for a moneybookers account. I have my paypal account also but since I think posting my credit account number isn't that safe I'd rather not.
