Cartoons really Educational for kids?

..i think yes or no?...for me just like my lil cuzin he learned to speak lots of english words because he watch cartoons everyday...what can you say about that?

well it all depend on the show that they are watching. Their are lots of cartoons specially anime that are very brutal and sexually disoriented. Maybe your right, a child easily learned from what they see and hear so better let them watch educational shows like dora the explorer, barney, blues clue, etc.

Cartoons like Heidi (Japanese) are highly educative where they teach the children about manners, respect for elders etc.
