What is the secret mantra of earning more in mylot?

I finally thought it is better ask mylotters to give to this question, how do you earn much from mylot. Please don't make it a secret any more. I have also read variuos tips suggested by one of my friend here in mylot. Inspite of following some of his tips, I'm not able to improve my earning. Yes I have not followed all his suggestions though. Any suggestion is welcome.

Some tips:
Post discussion topics everyday
Post responses in good number every day
Bring in referrals and ensure they are participate with responses.
Post 5 to 10 images everyday.
MORE TIPS
Post high quality discussion topics
Post meaningful, interesting and thought provoking responses
Post images which are related to topics.
Bring in referrals and ensure they give more responses.
Answer all emails,
Let the responses be 3 to 4 sentences
Tag the topics.

Hi there, I was wondering, How do you add images to your posts? I knew about the rest of it because I read all the FAQ's before signing up here but I didn't know about images. Do you use BBCode or HTML to insert images and do you insert them in posts or just about everywhere you can find?

ssh123 has given you wonderful tips. I just want to add, sticking to the guidelines "do's and don'ts" work great along with his tips. Not having posts deleted greatly increases your earnings.
As for your question, you can not post pics till you reach 500 posts, the number in the ( ).
