Of all the loving gifts parents can bestow on their children, the one that will make them grow strongest is respect.

Respect and love will make children be nice in future remembering of what good things you have done to them. It's really important.

I'll definitely drink to that!! I know of way too many parents who demand respect from their children but who feel they don't have to respect their childrein in return. Respect is something that has to be earned. If someone "appears" to respect someone who does not respect them in return, it is not respect, it's fear. Fear does just the opposte of what respect does.
