hi,i am a chinese too.i am familar with the dishes you list here and they are delicious.i am very glad that so many foreigners love chinese food. i like cooking too. i can cook some simple dishes like XI HONG SHI CHAO JI DAN,DUN PAI GU,QING ZHENG YU and so on. i like LAN ZHOU LA MIAN,MA LA TANG,KAO YANG ROU very much.these are really yammy. people who love chinese food should visit china to have the authentic chinese food. i am sure you will find it a worthy trip.by the way,i am in Shanghai.if any one want to ture in Shanghai,you can contact me.

Hello wyy3265576, I like chinese food too. We have lots of chinese restaurant around here where I lived. That's because I live in Chinatown. :-) I like dumplings, wanton noodles, chao fan, chinese rice rolls, congi, and many others. :-)

I LOVE chinese food!!!!!!! I am only privy to the varieties that I'm sure are "americanized" but would love to try the authentic thing some time. I live in a very rural part of the country and we don't have much of an imigrant population so such authentic restaurants are hard to come by. But I love every dish i have ever tried. General gaus's chicken, crab and cream cheese wontons are among my favorites.

chinese food is very exotic . alot of soups and noodles. all in which i love. dim sum and pau are my favourites. they come in a large variety and good to taste.

I love chineese food, and i'm not chineese. i have a friend she and her hubby own a restaurant in my city. she made taste almost all of the foods that thay have on menu, and they currently have mmore than 100 meals. :) chinese food is the best food i'll ever eat :)

i love chinese food but the one i hate is the taste of ginger i know chinese loves ginger but me oh i hate it. Dumplings are number one for me oh so yummy,i also like steamed buns(siopao we filipinos call it)
