Hello Shenyram.... Stamp collecting is not dieing....it was on a decline from the 1970's until about the late 1980's but recent surveys show that since about 1990 it is on the up-swing again. One recent poll shows that 3 out of 10 homes in the US have someone who collects, some just save new issues, the majority avidly collect, and a few are specialists. If you look at the number of mylot members that have stamp collecting or Philately listed as their hobby you will see that a fair number of members are collectors, the majority are from the US and India.
