How do you feel about Hurricane Katrina, 2 years later?

I was reading an article on msn about the Hurricane, and about certain people who are still living in the FEMA trailers. I just don't understand why there is not more rebuilding going on. I feel frustrated for these people and I think that more should have been rebuilt by now. Do you also feel frustrated by this scenario?
