Personally this cannot be more than the Truth for sure. For someone who has had the chance to work at a Call Center for a Cab company for almost 5 yrs, this cannot be too far fetched from the Truth for sure. Overall especially when you feel like you are never given any respect, it can be a hard thing to adapt too for sure.

its very tiring job in call centres. People used to work whole night in call centres and provide solutions to everything.Working for whole night is definitely a hard task.Still the compensation is good and its another kind of fun to work in the time when everybody else is sleeping.
