finding good referals

I got an idea, we can exchange referrals, you join some programs under me and i'll join some under you. I've just started a discussion about it, check it out and tel me if you are interested. Reply in that discussion as we should start with making some money for each other by replying to each others' discussions as well. Atleast this way we can be sure that someone we know is going to be an active referral and we'll stay active too.

Well i do have 12 referrals now and some of them are my friends and non of them are really active as of now. It's kinda hard for me to get an active referral that can do the same way that im doing right now in Online jobs. Im really hoping to have some good referrals even a few! Starreferrals has been working for me. If you go to my profile and see my blog, you can sign up through there (I'm sure you know why I suggest to do it that way ;)) It's tough to find referrals, it seems everyone on the internet is trying to find them. I want to get over 4000 like the other poster, maybe take his advice too. :D
