How did you learn English?

Hello! Everyone!
I 'm anxious to know how you learned English at home or school when you were a baby or a kid. As you all know, foreign languages are hard to learn for anybody. of course, it's difficult for a Chinese kid to learn English well in a short time. If you are interested in foreign language learning, please give me some advise and tips. I will be appreciated.

English is very easy to learn as a foreign language.We are learning it in a school, and get accustomed with it. With little practice we will be proficient in the English. Learning and practicing it will be the method to learn any language.

you are right,my friend.it is really hard to learn english well,especially both oral and written english.before i went to college,i thought i can learn english well by remember the words as much as i can,the grammers and the sentence patterns....i realized that i ingored the spoken english when i was going to graduate from college,my pronunciation is very bad,i was shy to open my mouth.then i went to a training school,studied for 4 months,i made rapid progress. now,i think you should make persistent progress in learning english.

I agree with you. Sometimes if you are afraid of making mistakes or losing face, you can't make great progress in oral English. You are right. Everyone needs courage to practice speaking English.And you have to practice and practice. Becsdes, taking a traning course is a good way to learn spoken English.
