What will you do if you are scammed?
How will they be exposed online?
How will you make people aware of their modus?
Where will you report such activities?

I made my own site for scams, and I'm also watching Rip Off Report and use Shazou.

i have been scammed on those writing companies. i work as a freelance writer and write papers for them duh they didnt pay me they accuse me of plagiarism which i NEVER did since i have a anti-plagiarism software at home.and besides why do they have to rely on plagiarism software when its not entirely accurate. duh! they own me big money since they're promising me that the more papers i make the more i earn and now theyre holding it for three months already without receiving anything from them and believe me they cost me my job, my time and my money!!!! i relied on to their promise to much...sigh....
a lesson to learn _

One path to take is check with offline officials. If the "company" lists an address in the US, report it to the local Better Business Bureau. Online, I'd do a search for the business and the word scam. Many forums related to money making will either have an area dedicated to reporting/talking about scams or will point you in the right direction. I'm not going to list any specifically here though, it's hard to find longterm ones, but word of mouth on the internet is pretty strong.
