Yes, it might be really hard to hide your feelings towards someone work closer to you. But because I am professional and I dont want any trouble I am just bieng civil to them. Sometimes you have to hide your personal feelings if you want to have good and harmonious relatioship within your workplace. Aside from that, it will not be good also for you to be that blunt if you are within your workplace for it will put you into trouble most of the time. So even I dont like some of my peers I see to it that I go along with them as nicely as I can.

If I don't like someone, I would like to avoid meeting and talking to him. But if we met each other on the way, I would still say hi to him. I don't want to my ignorance for not being polite. This is the way how I deal with people of this kind.

It's not necessary to like your coworkers. But you need to be professional and treat them in a civil manner. If they cross the line and are in fact, treating you shabbily, then tell your boss-- you have every right to. Workplaces tend to be huge these days, as corporations grow larger. Don't strive to be a people pleaser.
