what time do you usually sit infront of your computer?

Hi, those are real long working hours for you, specially sitting all day in front of the computers, guess many people have this work schedule too. Well, i have other and different kind of work, so mornings i am off to work from around 7.30-2 in the afternoon and am back around 3ish from work, whn i sit and make the lunch and the family eats together and we rest a whilke as we tend to be up around 5.30 which is rather early. And its only in the evenings that i get time to sit for sometime. That is, after i finsih my cooking for the night and have seen to the kids work etc, i sit online and work from around 8-12 ish at night, those 4-5 hours at time, are non stop then. Of course, during the weekends and holidays, i tend to get double the amount of time as my working office hours, i devote on the computer again. So it all depends on your own availabity of time, that you can devote. But, first or me its my other work which takes priority, no matter how much i may want to come here and be online, but all that is only when i am free from other kind of work at home and in the office. Sometimes, when my work load in my office is not much, which is very rare, then i may go online for about an hour our so, but cannot do much as am disturbed by others too. And i llike my quiet and peaceful time on the computer.

I work 8:00, and then open the computer, almost sitting in front of a computer all day, I work to complete the main computer at night to go back, I will also open the computer to see their favorite films.

Actually i have no routine to seat infront of computer as well as on internet. Among tweenty four hours I seat infront of computer or net when I wish.

my goodness. we basically have the exact same schedule. i open it at 7:30 too and pretty much work straight till the afternoon. i wouldn't mind doing clerical stuff but my work requires a lot of thinking and it is so tiring sometimes. sigh....

Hello djmarion, Yup me too when I come in the office in the morning at around 7:30 that's the first thing I do. Sit in front of my computer, open it to check my emails. I generally leave it on the whole time I am at work at the office. After work at home I do often my computer at around 9-10 pm in the evening and surf around the internet. :-)

Same here, almost 8 hours I'm infront of my computer..

Our office time starts at 8:30 but I always come late so I start working at 9AM. It's automatic, upon swiping my ID..I'll go straight to my computer table and open it..I'll end up at around 6:30 PM.SO It's basically 9 long hours.That's why I ahve strained eyes now..:)

I used to open it after linch around 1pm and it closed it almost 1am in the morning. That was before when I never got sick but now I just open it when I want too. I just got a little bored doing things in the internet.

I usually stay in front of my monitor 5-6 hours daily. Sometimes only 1-2 hours, other times 7-8 hours, depend on my programs, my friends and other factors.
