Try putting 1 1/2-2 cups of water and 1 cup of cider or white vinegar into a spray bottle, spray the soiled area and than 'dab' it dry.....NEVER rub it as that just pushes the odor into the carpet deeper.....I've seen this on 'How Clean Is Your House' and have even tried it,it works!

I have been told that citrus sprays will remove the odor but I have not personally tried it. I know it works to remove alot of different odors. If you try it I hope it works for you.

well, we tried arosel sprays they work for a while, but it's only temporary. As for other methods I have no Idea we have the same problem. Our couch set was given to us a year ago. you could smell cat pee really strong so we sprayed and cleaned it as best as we could, but now the smell is comeing back, yet we don't have any animals and are really concidering getting a new set
