do you generally see the title and watch the movie? or due to some actor/actress you go and watch the movie...? do you generally read the reviews of some people and then watch the movie? do you write reviews of your own? do you think an ideal movie must always have any sort of mental impact on you after seeing the movie? like what? do you see the movie alone or with someone else? suggest a movie which you think a person of any age group can go and must watch that movie..?? tell something about that movie so that people will have an outline idea of it..

I have to have heard some sort of review of a movie before I decide to rent it, or see it at the cinema. If it is made by a reputable director/writer or features certain actors, that may also sway my decision whether to see it or not. My mum and I have always had similar taste in films, so if she suggests something that she has heard or read about, then I normally watch it and enjoy it - she knows me oh so well =P I don't think that all movies have to have a mental impact, but I definitely prefer films that keep me entertained or interested and that I can discuss with someone at a later date - the ones that stay with me, and that I have to re-visit further down the track just to refresh my memory and enjoy all over again =D I have no problems watching a film on my own, but I tend to watch them with one other person, be it my friend, my boyfriend or my mother (these three being the main people I watch films with) Bridge To Terabithia, which was release recently in Australia, is a movie that I would recommend to anyone. I watched it with my father at the cinemas and we were both deeply moved by it. It is rated G (General/Family Viewing) and is about a young boy named Jess & the new girl to the town, Lesley and the strange friendship they form. It's about imagination, friendship, love and loss. I would probably put it in the 'fantasy' genre. I hope that you watch and enjoy it =D Have a wonderful day. Malyck

movie - watch a movie
Watching movies is one of my hobbies. I enjoy it so much. Before, I like doing it myself. But now that my fiancee is with me, we do it together. We have different preference actually. She likes romantic comedies. And I'm fond of fantasy, action, suspense and sci-fi films. But we do meet halfway anyway. We take into consideration the story itself. After, we look at the director and the actors. Then, that's all. Everything is set.

i usually watch a movie after i've seen the trailer and liked it. that's my first criteria. second would be the lead stars. i have a lot of favorite stars but i still read the synopsis of his/her movie before deciding to watch it. only one could make me watch his movies without a trailer, without a review, without anything except for the title. even if i dont know the title yet and i've only read that he's gonna make a movie, i'll decided right on and there that im gonna wait for that movie and watch it. LOL and that would be JET LI. ^__^

I recently saw 'Chuck de India' with my friends and I was glad I went to see it. It is one of the movies that I think all Indians should watch and the best part it that you can watch it with your children or parents and not get embarrassed.
