Using cellphone when driving

I never use cellphone when driving. It's so dangerous, Doing that you don't take focus. Accident .................

there are a lot of vehicular accidents which occured because the driver was using the cellphone.... that is why some countries already outlawed this and i think other countries should too... driving while using cellphone for me is like driving under the influence...
