Congratulations friend for the new arrival, a bundle of job, your cute son. You are true. For every birth, we undergo such a lot of health loss and suffering. I hope everyone understands the value of mother.

hey! congratulations. im a first time mom too, and yeah labor and delivery gave me the worst pain imaginable but yes it was all worth it. i had an easy labor compared to you, so i cant imagine what you've been through in those 48 hours. the moment you see your baby, all the pain you've endured vanishes. that was how it was for me. but really, giving birth makes me afraid to think about having another one. well maybe 5 years from now but not any sooner!

Yay, I had a long birth too, I checked in on Friday and welcomed my new joy into the world Sunday evening at 4:00. Pitocin can extend labour and make it more intense from the beginning, the pain was so bad I was vomiting during contractions. I finally asked for an epidural Saturday Evening. All worth it. In Spades. I'm always grateful to my mom and like to send her flowers on my birthday. After all, she's the one who did all the work on that day and were it not for her I wouldn't be here celebrating every day and every birthday.

Congratulations! I remember when I had my son I wanted to shout it from the roof tops!
I felt the same way with my daughter too and I am sure if we have any more I will feel the same.
Take it easy and enjoy that little baby!
Do we get to know a name?

Congratulations on your new baby! Eventhough the process of giving birth is painful, hard, scary, etc... it's always worth it once you see your bundle of joy for the first time... I am also glad that you and your baby are doing fine... I experienced and felt so happy when my own baby arrived...

well first of all congrats to you and your little one!! it is such a blessing to bring a new life into the world, its such a amazing experince, painful at the same time, but once you know that the life you and your husband created and knowing the baby will come out soon, that pain just dissapears and brings happiness and joy and tears.i give my mother so much credit too,and all the great advice she has given me thru out the years.enjoy this precious little one,hes gonna bring you so much happiness and excitement in your life, prepare to have alot of tissues handy because the simplest things that babies do is very emotional and makes us so proud, like their first word, lifting their head up,smiling at you, first crawl, first steps, and the most precious moment when they say they love you!i wish you so much happiness.pattie

Congratulations. It is wonderful to be a mother. I have one child, a son who is 16 now and the time has just flown by. I am very proud of him, he is into sports and is a honor student in high school. make sure you spend quality time with your child as time does fly by quickly. after you have a child you realize what your parents went through and appreciate them so much more. My parents are both gone now and I really miss them. Many happly days are ahead for you

ya, aft i had my 1st child, immediately i felt gratful to my mom for biting her teeth n giv birth to me.
and to learn abt the fact that their generation doesn't have epidural makes me respect her more! my 2nd child doesn't use epidural. & the pain is tearing me apart!

Wow, congratulations to you. It is such an honor for all women to bear a child. I could say that it is the greatest experience in this world.
My friend, God has truly blessed your family. We should thank the Lord for your safe delivery. And for everything He has done for all of us everyday. Once again, congratulations.
