Do you always say thank you, and say it sincerely?

I would never express thanks to my close friends and associates . This has been my practice since 1972, when I was a postgraduate university student . My professor would say that he will never say thanks to close ones . I am following that prcept right from those days as a mark of respect to my favorite teacher.

i never forget to say thank you whatever things i have recieve.. when somebody offer a help, when i ride on a cab etc. etc... saying thank you is the nicest word we can give to a person who do good things to us... it can never payed by money... it is also a simple word of appreciation.. i even say thank you to my husband everyday for everything...

Yes Sweetie I do and if I do not say it I show it I am a great believer in that one little Word and I have brought my Children up to that Standard to which they live by Love and Hugs

My mother was very stricked about manners when I was little. No smacking, no elbows on the table. My two sisters and I were very well mannered children. When, I go to someones home, I will not even sit down until invited to do so. If I need to use the restroom, I ask permission first. No matter how many times I have been before. Lack of manners causes people to assume.

Hello mycharm Maybe I would like to do as you do, and I prefer two word after 'thank you' -'pretty girl' or 'handsome boy', no matter he or she is yound or old, pretty or no, I say it sincerely...

I know thaank you has become very mechanical, but I always try to say with feeling and mean it.

I, for one, say thank you and please, as much as possible. Usually, I mean it, but even if I'm upset (say, after getting nowhere with customer service) I still TRY (big emphasis on TRY) to remember to say thank you. Ultimately, I think simple manners are rare in this world.

Most definitely mean it when I say it or else I wouldn't bother saying it. I always say thank you for when someone opens the door for me, or does something nice.

Yes, even in little things, you will hear me saying those lines. And i want to hear that lines also when i had done gone to other people, but if i don't hear it , better luck next time.

Hi mycharm88! I always say "thank you" whenever someone says or did something nice to me. I really show my appreciation in words and sometimes, I give a little some thing back if I have some extra money. I just feel somehow special and I want them to know that what they did made me so happy inside. Take care and have a nice day.

Sometimes I am so surprised, taken aback, or stunned that I forget to and call or write later. Sometimes I'm so tired that I remember that I forgot to say it later. But I really do appreciate everything anyone does for me and I really do mean it.

When i say thank you, i mean it and i'm sincere with it cause i appreciate every little things that God has been giving me, i do appreciate all the people that makes my life brighter and all the people who have helped me along the way. I always say thank you to them and when someone do me a simple favor, i say thank you also. :)

I always thank people for their kind gestures, either to myself, or just when I see them do something kind for another. I always feel so happy when somebody appreciates something positive that I have done, so I feel that it's important that I thank them also. =D

yes i do, whenever i recieve something or a favor was done for me, i always say thank you. and i mean it.

Well, I say thank you because I have taught to say that. There are many many times when I say thank you without really meaning it. I think it happens most of the time. But sometimes I hesitate to say thank you because won't be meaning it. But such occassion is not that many.

I do too, I make sure I say thanks to anyone who has given me even the smallest favor, I know how much it meant to them. I also say this too often to my hubby and to my loved ones so they would know how I appreciate those things they do or give to me. :)

I always say thank you to anyone even to my mother and other family members. Sometimes people forget to give thanks to someone if they are really too close. I always try to say it sincerely.

I look them in the eye and say in a deep tone THANK YOU! Well I say it in a high cheerful manner too. I try to do them a favor or treat them the same way they treat me. There is a thank you more than words and that for me is friendship. I hope to find you smiling as always. 8-)
