Good day and greetings, simply_jessie!;) I do not approve this, because this will not help the poor families who mostly depends on this. Some may not afford it, plus it is said that it is much higher than buying them on retail. I believe the government should atleast address some of these isuues and provide better solution, than make the lives of poor filipino families more struggling..
