can anyone help me with my migraines

I get really bad migraine headaches. They last for about a week no matter what I take, and I get them about once a month. sometimes twice. Theyre so bad I cant do anything. Im sensitive to light and sound. And I cant see hardly anything but white. Sometimes I can see shadows. I lay in bed and I just can not move at all. Does anyone have any maybe home remedies that might help me with these headaches. Ive gone to the hospital but I cant get any help with them because I dont have insurance. Ive got many other health problems and cant get help because i dont have insurance. Help me out please!
