What to do in Niagara Falls?

Hi, We are going to Niagara Falls this weekend. This is my first time there. Since my brother and his wife has been there 5 times already they told me to think about POI on my own otherwise we will come, take a look and get out of there. So I have the question: what are interesting places there to visit? Boats, walk path or whatever. The only thing is that I can't enter Canada and I can't leave the USA because I have visa that doesn't allow reentrance. Thanks in advance.
