i am really angry about this experience i had today and so i started this discussion!! i don't remember ever being this angry for anything and so if i hurt anyone's sentiments, i don't mean it!
I joined my first job today at a call center called "allianz cornhill" in India... our jobs is to sell pet insurance to customers of the UK who call us.. i know that we don't have the "supreme" accent of UK citizens but we do make the most effort to try to do so!! today i was listening to a call received by one senior in the company from a lady in Wales.
When he said "hello, this is allianz cornhill, how may i help you?", she asked "where are u from??"he said " i am from India, madam"she replied, "Then i don't want to buy anything from you people"i was really taken aback... but my senior was self-controlled.. he said "ok madam,do you need my help for anything else before you disconnect?"
and she replied: " i wouldn't take your help for anything in my life!!"and she hung up.
i was so angry that i really cant explain how much!! that female was lucky that i was attending the call else she would have got a mouthful!
could someone give me a good reason why i should not be angry at that b*tch???
whats wrong with Indians?? could some people just tell me that???
and for heaven's sake, i am really angry, please don't post anything funny or racist here. i am really not in the mood for that!!

I understand your feelings well for I am an Indian too. I can guess what could have went wrong. May be that lady had a couple of bad experiences with Indians in the past. So, she decided to stand against all the the Indians. Such a stupid decision. Dont get angry due to such stupids. Think her as a barking dog.
