I recently purchased a laptop and am thrilled with it. The only problem is - I'm unable to connect to the net. Or should I say, I'm unable to maintain a connection. It lasts several minutes and drops out. I'm miserable as a result of trying to figure it out. My ISP help desk can't figure it out and the technician at the place I bought it from can't figure it out.
Thinking it must be something I did wrong, I deleted the connection to start again but Outlook Express is telling me there's an error.
I'm hoping there's a kind, friendly, computer guru out there who maybe able to help me.

Hi honey! I am afraid I don't have any rwal advice to offer you but I haven't seen you for so long that I just wanted to drop by ands say hello and wish you luck with getting your connection fixed! The one thing I was going to suggest was that if it is a wireless connection perhaps your router is placed in the wrong area - try moving it - you never know your luck! xxx
