Do you excerise?

What do you do for exerise? Have you lost any weight? I ride my exercise bike every other day, and I walk. I have lost weight, and I maintain it as well.

Yeah, I do exercise.. I go to gym everyday in the evening to stay fit.. I run on the treadmill for 10 mins, and then go for cycling for 10 mins.. I have lost weight, and I now want to stay that way only...

I like swimming. I tried to swim at least once every week. I doubt I have lost any weight.

I walk for two hours, run for 30-60 minutes, strenghtening my core and stretch before & after any workout. I also keep watch on maintaining a healthy portion when eating and avoid or not to eat too much.It helps me maintain my weight and did loose weight when I workout more hard and watch my food intake.

I do excerise. And I watch what I eat. I'm diabetic so I'm use to all of it. I always have.

i do.i play basketball almost everyday.unless i've something emergency and i don't have the time.

I do love to exercise because it us energized and keeps us healthy and i do lost a few pounds too...i do walking and belly dancing and i love it's effects and do keep me going! i don't have time to go to the gym, so i do it at home (belly dancing) and walking along the beach or a few blocks round the neighborhood.lol..

At this time, I didn't do a lot exercise. Only try to walk a lot whenever I can. Since I also want to lose my weight, I do walking as my exercise.
