Slicing cucumbers and placing them over closed eyes for a few minutes has been known to relieve eyestrain. Placing the palms over the eyes and breathing deeply can bring more oxygen to the brain and help to relax tight muscles in the neck, head and eye sockets. Drinking more water can help...and getting away from the computer and walking around the room can be enough to give the eyes a break from the constant staring at the screen. The herb eyebright can strengthen the eyes from a nutritional standpoint.

move your eyes often. And go out for a walk each hour. You can set an alarm to have you informed when one hour is gone. Look more to the blue sky and don't let the high building block your view. Hope you can get a better eyes.
