Does this camera have any other name? Maybe IXUS? I am from Europe and we have different names when we talk about Canon products. Is this a compact camera?
I need more information (I don't know which model you are talking about) to tell you my opinion about camera.

In my country people can by Canon PowerShot A550 which received five stars from users. Canon PowerShot A700 is not for sale anymore, but I think it is also good, because Canon rarely misses his point!
