Please don't use any chemicals or anything to bleach your skin it is soooooooooooooo bad for you and will cause you to age prematurely. If you have ever bleached your hair blonde you have seen the drying destructive effects of bleaching, but when your hair gets realyl fried you can cut it off and grow now, you can't do that with your skin. I see that you live in the Phillipians, a very hot and sunny place right? (compared to Canada). Try for a few month wearing a strong sun screen everyday to protect your skin from the sun and prevent you from tanning. You may find that with no UV exposure your skin is naturally quite light. People from area like where you live get lighter when they move to Canada because we get less warm weather and sun and they simply lose thier tans after a while. Over here people go to tanning beds to try to maintain a darker skin tone, it is considered exotic and a sign of good health and fitness. I use sunscreen if I am going to the beach because I don't want to burn. The sunscreen I use is Fruit of the Earth, Baby sunscreen with SPF 30. I would recommend you get the strongest baby sunscreen you can find and use it like twice a day everyday all over. If you are not prone to breakouts you can use the same sunscreen on your face, if you are buy a special facial sunscreen that won't cause breakouts. I looked at your picture and yous skin looks like it would be much lighter with constant sun protection, you look tanned.
