I don't think people like to work during the night. I certainly don't because I worked for a call center for a few months and all my shifts were all night time. Most of the people I worked with and those I know who for BPO's say that if they can get a better ob they would leave. It's different staying up late and working at night till morning. Besides, it's not good for one's health since the normal sleep pattern is disrupted.
