Receive Message_Can't return or Respond

What do you do when someone tries to send a message or does send a message to you but you can't send one in return because of a mylot glich?Do you ever look in your personal profile to see the comments someone has left you?I know I get really annoyed when I can't return a message.What's your best solution for the problem?

I do remember awhile back, pismeof, I was having trouble sending messages to one member of myLot. I informed her of the problem and we concluded that it must be due to a glitch in myLot. Anyway, the problem was soon remedied, and I have not had it again. Maybe you could drop a note to admin about this problem.(:
