Anybody out there with nutrition background. i wanna be friend with them. i am a nutritionist like to become a researcher in the field of nutrition.

I do not have a nutrition backround but I am interested in nutrition. If you have anything interesting to share about nutrition, I would be glad to hear it. I want to lose weight but I want to do it eating heatlhy without sacrificing the necessary nutrients to stay healthy. Any suggestions?
