Hello friends,
Did I catch your attention? Its just a phrase I always hear or read about when people feel uneasy and sad.
"Today I am not happy because I lost my temper this morning"
Why can't it be:
"Today I am happy because this morning I was very angry."? :-)
You might say because happiness cannot come from hatred or anger. But we do have options which on our own can offer a deeper level of love, happiness and acceptance by suggesting that even if we were angry this morning, we could still be happy about that. Why multiply your unhappiness by being unhappy about being unhappy?
If we apply this option effectively, I think we could love ourself for getting angry instead of judging ourself for it. Smile even bigger and harder as we choose “not anger” for the rest of the day.
What do you think? Pls. share your opinions. Thanks!

This is very philosophical thinking. It could work, if people could get their minds around to your suggestions.
In reality, I would find it hard to achieve.
You must have great strength of character.

Hi eprado, I think that if someone like my self loses their temper and says or does something they regret, it can be depressing. If I get angry enough I even get tired and have to sleep. Losing your temper is an emotional strain, and some people can't handle that strain..
