How to speech with humor

It's boring to listen to a speech without a sense of humor. So all of us want to be a puy who has lots of humor. But what should we do to become more humor. Do you have some best practice to get a sence of humor. Talking lot of jokes? But too many jokes in a speeck makes no sense.
