negative calories diet

Has anyone ever tried the negative calorie diet?

Yes i have and got fabulas results..well to me anyhow i lost 22 pounds the first week using this diet. It is safe to use. but i would use the negative dieting for 7-10 days then give your body a rest from it.. then after 7-10 go back on the negative dieting..this is what i did with great results lost 48 pounds in a month. So i would highly advise it.now on those 7-10 that you are off the negative diet..please eat wisely it is not days for you to eat alot just eat but dont overeat or binge and if you have a piece of dessert make it a small piece.. hope this works for you have fun..

What in the world is a negative calorie diet? Do you mean not eating at all or fasting? Please, let me know what you meant by it? God Bless

Negative calorie diet in genral involves food that provides lesser calories than that required for digesting it.It involves mainly fruits and vegetables like Apples ,Asparagus ,Beets ,Blueberries ,,Broccoli ,Green Cabbage ,Cantaloupes ,Carrots ,Cauliflower ,Celery ,Cranberries and then theres green tea by coke eviga/enviga/somethin Though some epople say its not the right way to lose /keep off weight. Addition of butter or other ingredietns to these diets might caus these foods to cease being neg calorie food:) And either ways its difficult to follow unless you can be a comitted vegetarian
