orkut vs mylot vs facebook vs myspace vs hi5 vs.............................

I think it mostly comes down to how many people you know for each service. Since the primary goal of these places is to connect with other people, choose the one that has the most of your friends, and let's you communicate with them easily. And when you switch, the folks who miss you might switch as well.

In this list my rating is 1.mylot 2.orkut Orkut...i think it became the last word for friendship nowadays...orkut orkut orkut...it is coming to more popular...I am using orkut as my social site...No other site is this much cool and funny..I heard that orkut is banning in many countries... Thanks for the discussion....

I like the idea of imeem the most, especially since I am able to upload most of my music up there. However, people have to sign up for an account to hear my music on the site (which is free, but still), so I recently signed up for Virb instead.

Well if it's about Networking Site, i prefer Myspace as i do have a myspace account and hey why you did not include FRIENDSTER? Friendster and Myspace are the coolest Networking sites for me as i do have an account in those sites. Unlike other networking sites that mentioned above that they never pay any penny for our efforts, just mingling with friends and tracking them. I prefer Facebook. A lot of friends who i haven't seen for a long time are on it and there's lots of fun applications. I am really enjoying MyLot though. I have only been here a week and really enjoy all the discussions.

I dont consider facebook and myspace to be in the same category as MyLot....MyLot is a forum where as facebook and myspace are both IMO friendship communities...two totally different things...but I have to say that Facebook is my fav if I had to pick out of all of them...

i like facebook personally... its the most secure site... but i have most of my friends on orkut... so even thats a good site... mylot helps me earn money.. ;) so its hard to really decide which is the best...
