I get a job as a Technical Manager in one Comapny, I have started it this month, the problem is that this company is falling apart, and I get this job as a resuce attempt. Now I don't know what to do!!!! Most of the technical team leave the company before I came. The company has nearlly no customer and the rest of contracts end this year. Any suggestion about how to deal with such situation? I think I need to rebuiled the technical team, but there is no money in the company becuase there is no customer becuase there is no technical team!!!! it's a loop that I don't know how to exit from it!!
