how long can you dive under the water ?

as i see,diving is funny.the world under the water is quiet and comfortable.u can 'fly' freely,it makes me feel that i am just a fish.
always,i dive along the straight line.'cause i wanna dive longer and longer.i'll be very happy,everytime i broke the record of mine.so, how long can you hold you breath? so far,me 25 meters.

I can dive into the water for about 1 minute. Actually it is hard to stay at the bottom of the pool because you are light than water. I have to keep swimming to stay at the bottom. I don't like dive with a swimming goggles. I can't dive for a long time because it consume my energy a lot.

I wish I did, because I had it really bad as a teenager, but I know about the others. I really should drink more but I get too busy. You have given us all the points and without scaring the living daylights out of us either as some myLotters have. I do know the importance of water and particularly drinking enough amounts of water but I find it really hard to reach the recommended 8-12 glasses a day.

I can dive for 10 meters, and I can hold my breath for 5 minutes.
