Do you think refral earning should be decreased?

As i think mylot is offering 25% of the refral earning
But by this many people earn a lot by doing nothing
I am also aggring with it
But i think they should decrease this % to10% and by that they will save thier fund and by this they should pay to the member who are working hard to earn more!!
What do you say?

I think as we don't have refral thats why may be we are thinking this but the people who are having refral they did not agreeing with me i think!

If only they saved the difference to their fund and then redistribute it... Then I think that even people with many referrals would agree as even if the percentage decreases if the earning itself grows the profit over referrals would mainly stay the same (more or less) :)

I don't think that peoples with referrals will agree with me as i think as they are getting huge money only from referrals then why will they want to decrease it!
But yes if they reditribute it then i think peoples with non referrals will totally agree with me!
