Nowadays the pressure on the students is heavier and heavier, from parents from teachers from society. As a result ,the competition is becoming more and more fierce. Every coin has two sides .The pressure is also so.If you cope with it in a right way,it is like an angel and can give you the motion to live your value up to the fullest. But if you can`t,it may be the ghost and will lead you to the wrong way.So ,how do you cope with the pressure?

hello, liqingwei! i'm so glad that its my term break now and the pressure of one term is gone. but to tell you the truth, i have no idea how to deal with the pressure. as long as i'm in college, and there are terms left, i'm sure i'll encounter more pressure. and i must say that i'm bad handling pressure. really. tried breathing exercises, (inhale and exhale) but that didn't quite work for me. but what i do know is that after a harsh and hecked day, i always look forward to a nice long sleep over the weekends. so maybe that's how i cope with pressure. and some would say that you should reward yourself. an ice cream would do, i think. even the most simple reward would do. and just think of it this way. after being pressured, remember how you fought and the outcome of your work. that'll be one reward you'll be giving to yourself.

When I was a student I did assignments as soon after they set as possible. That way I could hand them in early to get them out of the way. Other students saw that they were not due for a couple of months but over the next six weeks many other assignments would be set. This meant some students really had to rush in order to get them completed. There was nothing worse than pressure to get an assignment in on time so I did it early to avoid this. During the second year of my degree I studied in Holland for 4 months. This was a wonderful experience with visits to local schools, literature classes with Dutch students and Dutch language classes. I went out cycling all the time and had many friends there. But returning home there was much pressure to catch up on all the studies I had missed. Many students failed to do this. Exam week was challenging. I coped with the pressure by taking long walks by the sea and reading books whilst sitting on the pretty pier.

its simple, all you gotta do is tell yourself: ink on paper. That's all it is . Sure, its important, but letting ink on paper rule your life is not right, so don't stress out over it.
