Is coldfusion a dying language?

I've read this in an article but I could not remember the exact URL, but they say that coldfusion is one to the dying IT skills..

Hey i am a beginer in the web designing field. I dont know much about the softwares used. But my friend always says .NET is the best and others here in mylot say that dreamviewer by which we can create any kind of web file is the simplest. May be everyone switched over to these two and forgot as they find these two easier.
