Kind of a bad week only got worse!

It started out with my cataract surgery which came about unexpectantly after only 4 weeks! Then 3 days later our beloved 5 year old Boston Terrier Diego woke up and couldn't breathe with mucous running out of his nose. I rushed him to the Vet Hospital that we go to and they were stumped. Blood work revealed low white count of both the leukocytes and esonophils. Not good. He was getting both oxygen, lasix and fluids. The Vet called me 4 times on Friday. Saturday morning I called. They said he'd gone downhill at 4 AM and quietly died. This was heartbreaking-we love our fur babies! He had acute onset leukemia. No symptoms, just normal until the end. Then our oldest daughter called from Oregon and said her cancer was back. Then last night I grabbed what I thought was the bottled water on my night stand and drank and swallowed until I realized it was Hydrogen Peroxide. Called 911 and they took info and forwared me to poison control. Was told I wouldn't die, just feel like it until it came out......the Porcelain Queen become my best friend, worst enemy for the next 5 hours. My husband was very worried but I told him this is something I would have to do myself! Note to self-only have bottled water on nightstand.
