Which determines a man's personality more,,, his genes or his environment?

I would say that its mostly the effect of the environment that determines man's personality. Even if you search for the most refined people and let them procreate a baby. This baby is not guaranteed to grow up as refined as their parents. I believe that the genes has only a little effect on the building the personality of man.

i think it is the genes, i have four kids and we were separated from their dad around 7 years now. but still i can see traits from their dad.
